We
are confident that you’ll love your products, however if you need to return or
exchange any product, this must be done within 30 days of receipt provided the
products are in their original packaging and are unused. Please email us at

in the first instance, providing your name, the date of purchase of the
relevant order, the reason that you wish to return the products, and your order
number. Please note, we are not responsible for import custom charges; if you
refuse to pay them and the order is returned to us we will not offer a refund.
We are not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees,
nor are we responsible for lost or un-trackable return shipments. We would
recommend sending your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
We will deliver all products within one order in one
delivery, and to the delivery address that is specified in your order. The
estimated delivery time from the point of purchase for UK destined orders is 3
– 6 business days, and the estimated delivery time for European and other
international destinations is 6 – 18 business days.
You may place an order to purchase products advertised for
sale on our site by following the onscreen prompts. If we are unable to supply
you with a product that you have already paid for we will notify you, and
refund you the full amount of the cost of the product charged as soon as
possible. Such instances may arise where for example, a product is not in stock
or is discontinued, there is a problem with authorisation of the payment card
you have used, or because we cannot meet your requested delivery date.
Except where products that have been delivered are damaged
or faulty, or have been incorrectly delivered, once the products have been
delivered, they will become your responsibility, and we will not be responsible
for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered. Ownership
of the products will pass to you when we have received full payment of all sums
due in respect of the products (including delivery charges) and once the
products have been delivered to you.
All payment card transactions and holders are subject to
validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer
refuses to process or otherwise authorise the payment, we will not accept your
order, and we will not bear the responsibility to you for any delay or non-delivery
of the products. We are not responsible to you if your card issuer or your bank
charges you for the processing of your payment card in accordance with your
order.
The price of any of our products will be as quoted on our
site from time to time. There is always the possibility that there may be from
time to time an error in the pricing of a product on our site. We will rectify
pricing errors as soon as possible after we become aware of them. The prices
quoted on our site include VAT and delivery costs.
If any provision or any part of a provision of this policy is declared invalid or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be deleted from this policy, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. We may revise and amend this policy from time to time without prior notice; any such change will not affect any purchases you may have made before the change is implemented. Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in a waiver of that right.
